1. Data we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and optionally your phone number. If you add a company we store the business details and images you provide. If you write a review we store your rating and review text.

2. Automatically collected data
Your language preference and settings are kept on your device. When a company page is viewed, your IP address is hashed with a date-based key so that unique daily visits can be counted; the IP address itself is never stored and these records are deleted after two days.

3. How we use data
Data is used to manage your account, publish company entries, moderate content and send you email verification or password reset links. It is not used for advertising.

4. Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. Published company details and approved reviews appear publicly in the app, together with your display name.

5. Retention
Expired sessions, email verification records and password reset records are deleted automatically. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed.

6. Your rights
You can update your details, and delete your account and your companies, from within the app. For access or deletion requests, write to our contact address.

7. Children
The app is not directed at users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current text is always available in the app and on our website.
