Modiak is a directory application listing business information. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Account
An account is required to add a company, write reviews or save favourites. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account from within the app at any time.

3. Content and moderation
Company entries and reviews are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

4. Company listings
Only add businesses you own or are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and are expected to keep it up to date.

5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect your own experience. Paid reviews and reviews intended to damage a competitor are removed.

6. Limitation of liability
Directory information is provided by the businesses themselves. We do not guarantee its accuracy or currency, nor the quality of the services offered. Modiak is not a party to any commercial relationship you enter into through the app.

7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced inside the app.
